My fiancè and I had the BEST experience with Brian and Anthony! Brian was able to help us upgrade my 2020 Forte to a 2022 Forte, he listened carefully to our needs/wants and did what he could to help us out! And not only that but made the process fun and super easy 10/10 recommend Brian!
Overall the experience was great. Our sales person Joy was great to deal with. Not pushy at all. When it came to the finance dept. he was pushy on selling the extended warranty.

Just bought a car here. Best experence I have ever had buying a car. I was there at 1100am out the door 1237pm. I met Austin Pence there. He said we will make this simple and easy. That he did, hour and half no hassles. If you have ever bought a car you know the hassle and the waiting at the dealership. I hate that. Not here in and out. All the pricing was up front and laid out, no hidden fees or tricks like most dealerships. Ron, who was my salesman was absolutely awesome. He took his time to explain and answer every question I had. There was absolutely no pressure to buy and it was a really easy buying experience.
Sale person unfamiliar with vehicle spent no time on going over any features of vehicle. Test drive was driving him around the block for him to ask what do you think..and that was the extent of his interaction, he was more concerned on numbers. Found out today that the hard tri fold tonneau cover and bed liner has yet to be ordered which was part of the deal. So no not real happy with my experience. Have purchased other vehicles at a different out of town dealer but decided to try local but afraid that decision was a mistake..

Decided to trade a vehicle I was leasing that I didn't like. Austin and the finance team made a new car purchase affordable and a reality.

Walked in, knew what I was looking for everybody was professional kind words get to the point everything I asked for was taken care of. That’s how you want to do business these people here will take care of you.
The dealership was clean with a good variety of vehicles to choose from. Sales representative Joy Blackburn was exceptional & very informative in helping me select a vehicle. However, my experience with the finance representative Anthony McQueen was less than stellar. The lowball offer he presented for my trade-in did not match the value I had already obtained on-line. He was condescending & disrespectful. I would never work with this individual to finance a vehicle.

This was warranty work for a defective A/C Compressor installed originally early November 2025. Hoping for better results this time. Work was done on time as discussed. Transportation after drop-off and when ready for pick-up was excellent. I have all my service work done at Spitzer dealership due to professional experience.
It was great took the Jeep cherokee in on Friday would not move had it back the next Tuesday great job Spitzer. No problem picking it up either.
Brought my company truck into figure out why it was throwing codes and to get a oil change tire rotation. Andrew was very kind, courteous, and professional.

I have reached out to the sales team via their AI Chatbot twice and apparently their returns emails ended up in my SPAM folder. I undeservingly gave Spitzer a two-star rating because of my SPAM folder. I am now changing it to five stars because once I was in contact with Tyler Hamm in the sales team, we quickly made a deal on a car and he quickly responded to texts and emails.

I scheduled my appointment for first thing in the morning. I arrived several minutes before opening and the Service department started their daily operations early so I did not have to wait.

So I had a 2021 Ram 3500. Had all my service done by them all the years I owned (4). I had a great experience the whole time with that truck. Then I traded it in and purchased a 2026 Ram 2500. The purchasing process was good. But I immediately had several issues with my truck. One is a recall which took weeks to just get in for service. The other is an issue with the fuel gauge. They fixed my vehicle right the first time when another Jeep dealer couldn’t figure the problem out after 2 times and several thousand dollars later. Highly recommend for service needs.

Told them rear wiper blade needed replaced they never even looked at it makes me wonder if they checked anything ford checks on a general service ford in Ashland has better quality service and more polite staff
