I purchased a 2023 Grand Cherokee L, Altitude and I couldn't be happier with the fair pricing and the excellent condition of the vehicle. I was recommend by another shop to take my Jeep to
I was recommend by another shop to take my Jeep to Spitzer CDJR Mansfield. My instrument cluster went black and quit working. Ordered and paid up front on 2/10/25 and was told it will arrive in a week. A week came and went with NO communication. I stopped in on week 2 to inquire. Was told “not sure where it’s at, I’lll call you tomorrow with info.” Never got a call. Waited another week and stopped in. Was given another ETA and told again I’d receive a call that day or the next day at latest. No call. Stopped in the following week to find out the status. Again I was met with the “we don’t know” answer the provided with another ETA. I finally spoke to the person in charge a month later. When I met him he had his legs on his desk with his cell phone in hand. I explained that I don’t get call backs when I’m told and that no one can tell me when I’d receive the part. This individual called in another person for me to tell my experiences to a second time. Blame was placed on Stellantis. I was told that the instrument clusters are VIN specific but also was told there’s not enough Gladiators in salvage yards to get the instrument cluster. After getting this info I knew that no one had a legit answer as to when I’d receive the cluster or why it was taking so long. I started checking weekly with the same result. I’ve been told, “I don’t know what to tell ya” to “we aren’t just holding on to your part man!” I was told to call Stellanits myself, so I did. Stellantis customer service is even more atrocious. I was given a case manager and case number that I only spoke to once. The case manager confirmed that the clusters are NOT VIN specific! I was given another ETA that came and went. Another month passed until I finally chatted with someone on the Stellanits website. I explained everything in detail from my experience with Spitzer CDJR Mansfield having no idea what is going on to being told how many times there was an ETA provided that came and went. The NEXT day Spitzer CDJR Mansfield called to inform that the cluster had arrived. Spitzer called me back later that day to tell me that the parts guy said that I didn’t pay for the cluster! I reminded that I have the receipt showing full payment to include labor! Had to cal me back after looking into their records to tell me that I did in fact pay and, “it’s all good!” When I picked up my Jeep I was given a bill for labor! I reminded that I had paid everything in full the day the part was ordered. I was then told labor wasn’t included! I showed my receipt where in fact it was! In conclusion, I will never own another Jeep after this circus. I will not entertain a Spitzer CDJR Mansfield generic response to this review and I will go out of my way to another Jeep dealer if I need anything further before selling. I will not be returning to Spitzer CDJR Mansfield. I want it to be known that the tech who worked on my Jeep, did a fantastic and professional job.

Neglect from Spitzer Management & Alarming Response from
Neglect from Spitzer Management & Alarming Response from Dodge I’m writing this review after a deeply frustrating and disappointing experience with Spitzer Motors of Mansfield and Dodge. My 2023 Dodge Hornet has been at Spitzer since January 14, 2025, for a major electrical issues—specifically, the battery failing to hold a charge. This issue first started in January 2024, and despite several documented repair attempts and over 70 consecutive days out of service and at the dealer, there is still no resolution. What’s even more shocking is the complete lack of accountability from Spitzer’s management team. Communication has been poor, leadership has been unresponsive, and I’ve been left completely in the dark about progress—or the lack thereof. Rather than take ownership or escalate the matter effectively, Spitzer management has simply let this drag on and blamed Dodge Corporate. To make matters worse, I was told that Dodge's position is that the Hornet is only expected to hold a battery charge for one week or maybe two if I'm lucky. That’s completely unacceptable for a modern vehicle, especially one still under warranty with only 13,000 miles. If that is truly Dodge’s stance, it is both alarming and absurd—and it speaks volumes about how seriously they take product reliability and customer satisfaction. As a long-time Dodge customer, this entire experience has been insulting. My Hornet sits at a dealership with no clear path forward. The lack of transparency, urgency, and support from both Spitzer Motors’ leadership and Dodge corporate has been appalling. I cannot, in good faith, recommend Spitzer Motors of Mansfield to anyone looking for responsible service, follow-through, or professional management. And I strongly caution anyone considering a Dodge Hornet. 📅 Update (3/28/25): Spitzer called to say they’re done trying to fix the car. I picked it up. The next day the alarm went off randomly, and now the car won’t start—battery is dead again. Dealer and Dodge have washed their hands of it. Car is not fixed...

Took my truck back there for the second time for the same reason (excessive oil limit)… The service center done a great job. My only complaint is that I had to go two days without my truck because they do not provide you rentals or anything to replace your means of transportation while they are asking to keep you vehicle. In today’s society, where both household members need to work. It makes it very difficult to navigate with only one vehicle.. you would think a dealership of that magnitude with that kind of money couldn’t at least provide you some form of transportation to replace your car that they needed to keep for two days only to perform the same fix that they did the last time you had it in there and they still don’t know what’s going on with the alarm. Not impressed.
Not impressed. Bought a used car 27,000. They left cupped tires on the car because they had tread. They refused to fix some electrical problems we found on our way home. When we called about the other issues , the dealership refused to repair the car. There is NO 30 day warranty with this dealership. They sell AS IS... So BE SURE you test ALL FEATURES on the car before you leave the lot or pay for the car.

This was the first time we have ever visited a Spitzer
This was the first time we have ever visited a Spitzer dealership, and I have to say this was such an AWESOME experience. From the making the phone call the night before confirming a car was on the lot to being there the next morning and the car was parked out front waiting for us. When we got there we were told we would need to use in house financing but we had already been approved through our bank, the salesperson we dealt with spoke to financing and we were then able to use our bank so our credit did not get pulled again. I will definitely go back in the future!!!!

Very easy process. Called ahead about 2 vehicles and scheduled appointment, she had them out front ready for me to look over. Once I made a decision on which truck the paperwork went quickly and was out the door headed home with my new truck. Highly recommended Maria and Spitzer CDJR to anyone for there next vehicle.

Shame I had to drive 20 minutes for a 5 minute ordeal. They also no showed for an appt I had to get the same car appraised. They were all over me to buy it, then just didn’t have time I guess

However, my experience with the finance representative Anthony McQueen was less than stellar. The lowball offer he presented for my trade-in did not match the value I had already obtained on-line. He was condescending & disrespectful. I would never work with this individual to finance a vehicle.

The vans middle door flew open on the freeway with my
The vans middle door flew open on the freeway with my underage daughter sitting in that seat. Door lock actuator failure of some kind AND door would not close anymore. We had to drive home 45 miles with some twine holding door closed. i had recently just had Goodyear replace parts in that exact area where they broke multiple things but were too short handed to do anything. Once that door went open I filed a claim with them and they told me to drop my vehicle off at your location to be inspected. I personally know Terry Workman and had a professional relationship with Greg Gillum for 18 years. I was confident that the people there would take care of me. Boy i couldnt have been more wrong. I drove vehicle to Ontario from my home with door slamming open and back the entire way due to broken pieces inside van door. Goodyear instructed me to drive it there like that. My wife spoke to Tim or Tom who said to find him when arriving. I got there August 11th? in the afternoon. I drove into service area and no one greeted me so i walked up to the counters. I asked Tim for Tim or Tom, he ignored me. Steve Edwards was next to him and in no rush to help but I said hi to him due to him previously working for Goodyear as I did. I informed Steve of everything going on with Goodyear and the vehicle. Steve took no notes on a computer, wouldnt walk to the vehicle to let me show him whats going on. He took down a goodyear corporate number and wrote door on a post it with my name and goodyears claim number. Talking to Steve he said they have no techs right now so it might be a while. I said this is where they want it so we shall see. From this point on I never heard from Spitzer. I do live close and saw it parked in exact location for 6 weeks straight. Now I am starting to get mad. I have no vehicle , no communication and worst of all I never even got to know if Steve wrote what I asked needed to be looked at. I call down and ask for Steve. Hes not there. I ask for status. Tim/Tom says there is no vehicle here and to talk to Steve. I said no vehicle there and cussed. Tim/Tom said stop acting like a child. I responded with let me speak to Greg. His response i am here by myself. I said theres no way get me Greg. He doubles down and says he is by himself and i need to show respect. I hung up. I called Terry Workman. He was confused as my vehicle wasnt even written up and it was already there almost 6 weeks. He puts me on hold. Guess who answers? Greg!!! Who i asked for and wasnt there. He acts surprised and says well Steve isnt here and I will call you first thing tomorrow with an answer. Guess who never got a call back from Greg. Yes it was me. I did also leave him 2 more voicemails and went down but he was "at lunch" and would call me back as soon as he came back from lunch, He must still be on lunch. Oh and in middle of all this goodyear called me and said Spitzer fixed your issue , you had a child safety lock on causing door to not shut. I call down ask for steve, not there, ask for greg, not there. I leave voicemail. someone does call my wife somehow and tells here they are removing the door again for us and nothing is broken. The issue with that is i see where its parked and i happened to leave multiple notes in vehicle for tech and steve and greg and 2 months later when vehicle was picked up the notes were wet and stuck to vehicle. They have video. I want the veideo showing my door being taken off, not once but 3 times. If there is no video they Spitzer is liable for everything Goodyear messed up by refusing to look at my vehicle. I have almost 20 year relationships here ruined by no respect, or incompetence , or both. I had a bbb claim and a us attorney general claim associated with all this
